The Leaky Cauldron
Found on Charing Cross Road in London, the Leaky is a small, shabby-looking pub and inn between a large book shop and a record store. The current owner and barkeep a bald and toothless wizard named Tom.
Built around 1500 by Daisy Dodderidge, the pub is a gateway of sorts between the Muggle world and Diagon Alley. The actual entrance to Diagon Alley is in the nondescript alleyway behind the pub, a magical doorway embedded in the brick wall at the end of the alley.
There are at least 12 rooms available for rent (possibly more). Room 11 has a talking mirror and windows to let in light (and noises from both Charing Cross Road and Diagon Alley). The Leaky also has a bar, a decent-sized dining room, and several private parlor rooms.
